RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Please get in touch with me if you find something wrong with the item you've purchased.

 

SHIPPING
Items can be picked up in Leiden (The Netherlands) or sent by post. My goal is to ship everything as soon as possible but please allow up to 20 days till dispatch. 

Shipping likely takes 3-8 working days and the package is sent to your house or nearest pick-up point. All packages are sent with tracking, however, I cannot take responsibility for lost packages in the mail.

Shipping is not included in the price. International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes incurred.
